easy dish

more kali
wheat flour 1 cup
salt
red chillies 4 nos
saseme seeds
jeera and perungayem
50ml of butter milk
mix the flour in water add salt and butter milk
put the kadai onthe stove add one tbs oil put the seeds jeera and perungayam
put the chillies then add the mixed batter and make it as upma
this easy to eat for children also
