asoka halwa

greengram 200gms
sugar 300gms + 150ml
ghee 150ml
maida or wheet flour 50 gms
rasberry red powder a little pinch
put green gram and water and boil it, till it is mashed
put 1/2 the q of sugar and make sugar jeera in a kadaitakeout the jeera from the oven
mix the paste of green gram and sugar jeera together slowly in a big vesselput the rasberry red and mix well to prepare this halwa it will take 45min.
