halwa

wheat - 1 cup
sugar - 3 cup
ghee - 1 cup
kesari powder - 1 ts
soak the wheat for 7 hours then grind it and take the milk from it
keep the milk for 12 hours until it get sour taste
mix the milk well , put it in a kadai and heat in the other oven boil 1cup of water
when the milk start boiling add the boiled water and stir well
it becomes thick add sugar and mix well until it becomes thick
