2. raw rice -1/4kg
3.urudh dal -100gms
4.keseri powder -a pinch
5.cooking soda - a pinch
6.oil -to prepare dosai
soak rice and dal in water for four hours then grind add salt
keep for 12 hours then add keser powder and cooking soda mix it well
put the thava on the stove and prepare dosas put oil for both sides
