2.onion big --4 or 5 can also use small onions
3.red chillis 4or 5
4.tamarind and salt small size and as you need
5.oil - 3table spoon
cut tomato and onion in pieces
put a kadai on the stove
pour a little oil
fry the red chills then fry the cut pieces
put all in the mixie and grind well
put the kadai on the stove
pour the oil and heat
put the mashed onion adn tomato inthe kadai
stir it well till the oil comes out
then off the stove and serve
this is the best combinationfor iddli,dosai,uppma and can be with rice also
