1 cup besan flour
1 cup carrot saravinadhu
1 cup milk
1 cup ghee
3 cups sugar
1ts icecreame powder
add all the 7cup items and stir well
put a kadai on the oven and stir well
when it comes as thick and the ghee is coming separably
add ice creame powder and
close the stove and stir for some time
then put it on the Greece plate
put pieces the seven cup sweet is ready
