we prepare kali as naivedyam
to make kali
1.raw rice 1 cup
2.jaggri 1.5 cup ( known as vellam in tamil)
3.elaki 4 or 5
4.shredded coconut 1 cup
5.ghee 5 ts
1. wash the rice in water .make it dry in a plate
2. put the kadai in the stove fry the rice till it becomes light brown
3. then grind it in the mixie till it becomes like small granules
4. put the kadai in the stove add 3 cups of water
5. when it boils add jaggri and it will dissolve in water
6. add the rice powder mix it well until it will become thick
7. add elaki and ghee mix it well and off the stove
8. it will tke 20 m to prepare

sugar 300grms
ghee 2 to 3 ts
milk to grind badam
green and orange colors a pinch
choke badam in three containers in hot water
peal off badam and grind it separately by adding milk
put the paste in three vessels add the orange inone green in one
the other will be in its original color
put the kadai on the stove add sugar -100gms - and make is as pagu
add the green first and make itput it in a Greece plate make the plain in the same way and put it on the green thenmake the orange and put it onthe plain
you can see the three in one like the national flag
then cut it accourding to your wish
it will take just 15 mints to prepare it

quick facial
take a spoon of wheat flour add rose water and make it as a paste
put the paste on the face for 30 minute then wash it

soak the wheat for 7 hours then grind it and take the milk from it
keep the milk for 12 hours until it get sour taste
mix the milk well , put it in a kadai and heat in the other oven boil 1cup of water
when the milk start boiling add the boiled water and stir well
it becomes thick add sugar and mix well until it becomes thick

biscut halwa
marie biscut 1 pocket
sugar 1/2 cup
badam, pista and cashew powder 1/4 cup
cardamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
milk 1cup

put green gram and water and boil it, till it is mashed

grind coconut cashewand bhadam with half milk

add the mixed coconut cashew and badham

put the chillies then add the mixed batter and make it as upma
this easy to eat for children also

try it with tomato ketchup or coconut chutni
